OVERVIEW

Gadlang Management Consultants specializes in offering businesses in UAE, and GCC region proficient, and strategic business, financial, and accounting services. Gadlang is seeking to employ a senior accountant to handle workload for new, and existing clients.

The candidate will be responsible to:

Manage and take responsibility of clients’ accounts

Handle clients’ accounting requirements including; balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation, payroll management, debt & credit management

Handle certain administrative tasks

Liaison with clients to gather data and prepare monthly financial reports

Provide feedback to clients’ queries

Assist in preparation of annual budget for clients

Advise clients for their financial management aspects including optimization of costs, improving cash flow, identify strong and weak business segments, and improve systems and processes

Attend with clients, and board members of the company

Ideal candidate will have:

At least 5 years of experience working in professional accounting, and management consultancy firms

Minimum 2 years of UAE working experience in same capacity

Proactive approach and ability to work independently with clients

Proficient command working with major accounting software is mandatory (name your desired software here)

Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking)

The candidate will be responsible to:

VAT interpretation, restructuring, and planning

Conform to national and international tax regulations, implications, and treatment

Liaison with clients on VAT compliance, scheduling, and VAT Return filing

Assist in preparation and implementation of VAT strategies for clients

Liaise with relevant authorities

Counselling clients for identification, and mitigation of VAT risks

Market VAT services to existing, and new clients

Mentor and train juniors for VAT

Conduct VAT training workshops in-house, and for clients

Reporting directly to VAT Director

Ideal candidate will have:

At least 6 – 8 years of VAT experience working in professional firms

Exceptional relationship building, business development, and client facing skills

Innovative, and problem solving skills

Strong research skills

Ability to tolerate pressures, and multi-task

Attention to detail

Outstanding English speaking, writing, and reading skills
