Our philosophy is to revisit all 4 four layers of the strategy planning process

The first and most important part is to validate the objectives set up for company to achieve. This step is usually negotiated with the Board of Directors to ensure the objectives are rightly defined, measurable and within the reach of the organization.

Review with Senior Leadership to develop the strategies for achieving the long-term objectives set by the Board.

Once strategies are developed the implementation process is set up. This step is a responsibility of the second line of management usually department managers. The Managers are trained o ensure they understand the overall strategies and the corporate goals.

The last step is to ensure the organization is working in a harmony to implement the strategies. We keep on reviewing the processes to ensure the success of the implementation process. All bottlenecks are highlighted to the senior team and found a solution to avoid any derailment of the processes.
